I had lost all interest in computers since the iPad came out in 2010, because what I really wanted was a computer like the iPad, not a desktop or a laptop.

For a few years after the iPad came out, I was so enthusiastic about it that I bought every new iPad model that came out.

The Windows desktop I assembled in 2008 didn't need much performance, since I was no longer just recording TV and doing simple spreadsheet work.

Nevertheless, it was equipped with an Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 processor, which was one of the highest performing top-class processors when it was first assembled, and other than the motherboard and CPU, I have continued to upgrade over the past 15 years, adding and replacing everything else, and the operating system, from the original Windows Vista, The OS has also changed from the original Windows Vista to Windows 7, Windows 10, and then Windows 11.

The HDD became SSD, the OS went from 32-bit to 64-bit, DRAM was increased to 8GB as the 32-bit OS limit was removed, and the case, power supply, LCD display, keyboard, mouse, and graphics card were all replaced, making it a completely different PC.

Now, when the 2022 M2 iPad Pro came out last year, the difference between it and the 2021 model was almost the same, so the popularity of the 2021 iPad Pro, which was out of model and out of price, was concentrated, and all 2021 M1 iPad Pros were sold on Amazon.com at All 2021 M1 iPad Pros were sold out on Amazon.com.

Luckily, I was able to buy the top-of-the-line variant of the 2021 iPad Pro at that time, the cellular iPad Pro 12.9-inch model with the M1 processor, 2TB of storage space, and 16GB of RAM. Moreover, the item I received had a brand-new battery.

(Note: Usually Amazon Renewed products are used with at least 80% battery capacity. However, the iPad I received was not a repaired replacement based on the model number, but a brand new, unused product.)

As a result of the over-performance of my iPad Pro, it was obvious to everyone that my desktop computer was too old and slow to be a suitable computer to use with the iPad.

I used to enjoy playing games on my computer, but recently I have not been able to update my computer for a long time, not because my PC does not meet the performance requirements for playing the latest games, but because I myself had little interest in PC gaming itself, which is why I could not bring myself to update my computer This is one of the reasons why I was not interested in updating my PC for a long period of time.

However, it was also true that I was finding it difficult to work comfortably remotely from my iPad Pro to enjoy TV via remote desktop over a mobile network on a computer that almost maxed out its CPU usage just by connecting remotely.

In addition, there were several game titles that I wanted to play on my computer, and I had become interested in getting back into PC gaming.

Moreover, those games were games that required extra high performance from the computer in order to play, such as Microsoft Flight Simulator and Cities Skylines.

Thus, I was determined to assemble a new computer, and since I had used my last PC for 15 years, I assembled a high-performance computer to ensure that my new computer would also last for a long time.
